Local Plan MUST include policies on:

Pedestrian safety;

More 20mph speed zones in new residential and commercial areas;

EV charging facilities for all new residential and commercial buildings;

Sufficient parking spaces;

When will the Infrastructure Issues and Context Report, and the Infrastructure Delivery Plan, be completed?
Will they be subject to public consultation?

Essential the Local Plan promotes and supports health and wellbeing.

It MUST include policies to ensure new residential and commercial buildings are healthy both for people living and working in them and for local communities.

Developer Contributions policy needed for health and wellbeing.

Health Impacts Assessments must be made of all Local Plan policies and site allocations to inform the plan-making processes.

Local Plan must include a policy requiring all development to submit a health impact assessment as part of their planning application to help the decision maker (planning committee or officer) make appropriate and informed decisions.

When will the Indoor Built Facilities Study, Playing Pitch Strategy Update, Infrastructure Delivery Plan, and Open Space Assessments and Strategy, be completed?
