ACCESSIBILITY - All homes must meet the highest accessibility standards not just 40% of them.
WATER EFFICIENCY - Local Plan must include the highest standards in the local policy.
NDSS - Local Plan must include policy to require all development to meet NDSS standards.

Rather then simply rolling forward existing employment allocations that have not been developed or taken up since 2010, a review of their continuing suitability, market demand and viability must be undertaken to ensure the new Local Plan has an appropriate, flexible and sustainable portfolio of sites for business and industry needs up to 2045.
