The Council is currently failing all residents. Local services and roads are inadequate.
The national Motorways passing through the area are inadequate.

Priority needs to be maintaining the predominantly agricultural uses.

The priority and greatest benefit to the rest of the country is providing food.
No point in concreting over Lanc that provides food.

It the local council and national services including Medical care and road network are inadequate for the existing population

You cannot develop until the failing services are improved .
And are capable of serving the existing population..

The motorways are a hinderance to any development as they are inadequate.

The importance of the Cheshire countryside is obvious any further development in the Countryside should be refused as the existing use is of National importance.

On what basis is building houses results in economic prosperity???
The Council cannot provide services to its existing residents.

Where is the high quality housing?. National builders are only interested in cheap poor quality housing,
