Green belt is green belt used for agriculture and woodland etc .
There is no justification for using green belt.
Developers obviously prefer to use green belt, to increase profits, without providing and additional local services.

There is no shortage of housing or land with planning in most of Cheshire.
Merging of areas is taking place there are now very little gaps in many places between Cheshire and Greater Manchester any further Development in the areas bordering Greater Manchester should be resisted

You are just allowing and becoming a suburb of surrounding urban areas.
Should be aiming to maintain the rural nature.

The Roads are often gridlocked and unusable. They are incapable of serving existing traffic.
Therefore this is not in any way of benefit. Therefore there should be no further development that relies on the inadequate Motorway network.
This needs to made clear to the Government.

You are incorrect the transport links are completely inadequate.
Please correct this incorrect assumption it is not easy to visit other parts of the country with gridlocked roads.
Have you not noticed the number of times the M6 is closed ?

Have you not heard, Jodrell Bank is being unfunded.

You are correct the Green belt needs to be protected.And agricultural uses maintained and encouraged.

So maintain this , perhaps limiting development to Crewe, however infrastructure would have to be improved first.
The planned new Leighton Hospital will be inadequate for a growing population as it only provides the same number of beds existing and presently inadequate.
