Brownfield sites must be aprority, developers of course will disagree due to profit margins. In Alsager two years ago a developmet of large warehouses was built, to date they remain empty, this is the perfect site if any to be redeveloped into residental rather than destroying even more green belt, apart from the infastructue is not sufficent to accomodate more residents.

Church Lawton includes farm land which provides employment more imortantly the food we all need to eat. With the M6 being near by and other road links available communting is not an issuer for residents of working age.

The concern has to be that with Warrington being highly populated and the south area of Cheshire East being more rual then it is likely that our wishes and concerns will be overlooked.

If you build over the green belt which is in fact fields which provide ecology and biodiversity net gain, sustainable drainage (no need for additional sewers or treatment plants) as nature will continue to assorb the rain, allow the seeds to germinate and grow into food for us all to eat. Developer contributions would be amazing if they where actually spent on the commuity in the area where the over development has occured but remember no amount of money can replace the green belt that you have just destroyed.

Clear simply english must be used rather than lengthly documets which very few residents would read and understand, unless this is the whole plan to tick a box and say we did publish a document for you to read Mr Jones!

Church Lawton is blessed with wildlife which is dependant on the green belt and the fields highlighted in the request for sites. How will Cheshire East and the current goverment explain to the future generations why the wildlife has been wipped out from the area?

Cheshire East, east border is also rual and agricultural in nature, with local dairies and crop farms across from Alsager up to High Leigh bordering Warrington.

Cheshire East will of course have a lower population density as the area is farm land providing food for the rest of the country.

Church Lawton is in Cheshire, why we have been given a Stoke postcode is beyond everybody I speak to. If we follow the goverment housing targets we will lose the heritage, culture and natural environment, we might as well become apart of Manchester.
