I feel it would be a travesty if houses were to be built in Ashley. The surrounding roads are not sustainable for a huge housing estate. Not only that, the rds through Ashley are a highway to Cheshire for a huge number of cyclist and would be an accident waiting to happen with a huge volume of traffic then needing to use it.
It would block a huge corridor for wildlife who currently use the area when huge parts of the countryside is already under threat for them. Surely these estates could be built elsewhere so it doesn't have a huge impact on our beautiful countryside.
