I note that the parcel of land in the attached has been presented for consideration in the local plan for wilmslow.

The access route for this land runs through Harefield farm, across private land with restricted access.

[personal information redacted], who own the land, have persistently attempted to argue access and have been told, via legal representation, that they have no rights.

We give you this information to avoid you wasting your time. The residents are happy to share the legal correspondence.

If this piece of land and the access to it forms any part of the Local Plan the residents will take legal action against the Council.
