Ashley is not ideal in any sense for this scheme. So called village - pub church and train station. The train is only once an hour if Northern Rail operates. Small country lanes used as cut through to Wilmslow and Knutsford at speed,plus cyclists. I strong object to such an outrageous proposal. This is last bit of countryside before we enter Greater Manchester. I have lived in Hale for 60 years and have known many of the farmers. Their community will be ruined.
Also where do you think families will send their children to school. Trafford schools are already in short supply and oversubscribed.
My suggestion is FORGET IT
