I am a resident of [REDACTED ADDRESS] and object strongly to further development of Green Belt and actively farmed land around Birtles Road, Whirley Road, Sandy Lane. Green Belt and productive farmland should be protected. I also request clear evidence for any change from previous assessments and that the council publish the evidence used. Previous constraints on highways, drainage, and ecology still apply. Development must not increase flooding risk or threaten groundwater near the former quarry. I would like you to publish how the consultation responses have influenced the emerging local plan.
