The respondents object to substantial strategic growth at Mobberley, particularly large-scale Green Belt development, while accepting appropriate small-scale development meeting local needs. They request cumulative assessment of existing, committed and potential development, highlighting constrained highways, sustainable transport limitations, infrastructure capacity, drainage, flooding, landscape, heritage, ecology and agricultural land.
