The respondent objects to the proposed developments, expressing concern that the scale of growth would place unacceptable pressure on local infrastructure and services. The submission states that schools, GP surgeries, roads and other facilities are already operating at or near capacity and may be unable to accommodate additional development. Concerns are also raised regarding the cumulative impact of growth on the area's rural character and village environment. The respondent believes that further large-scale housing development would fundamentally change the character of the locality and reduce the quality of life enjoyed by existing residents. They therefore request that the proposed developments are not taken forward.
