Recognise and maintain the character of predominantly rural areas which will not benefit from even limited unsuitable developments just to meet "targets"
Rural areas have their own unique character which should be retained wherever possible. Even small inappropriate developments risk altering the balance of these villages. Maintenance of their unique identity is essential.
