We also need to look at what is happening on the county borders, such as Stockporrt. There are numerous sites already proposed right on the edges of CE, so the demand is already being filled locally by Stockport, nearer to Manchester for travel and businesses. Again, look at the wider picture to get the locations right, not just numbers that tick a box

The Waterloo Road/ Coppice site 4376 Poynton is of histrical interest. This site was put forward in 2013 and rejected. A full heritage survey was undertaken by Poynton Town Council at that time, to which you should refer.

In CE there are numerous sites near existing industrial areas *eg Adlington near the new Poynton Bypass, that have been up for sale but not purchased, so we need to look more where the demand actually exists rather than just looking at the numbers. Right places matter more.
