Representation Summary:

I would like to register my concerns regarding the land being considered for development along Smith Lane Mobberley. Any development of houses or commercial properties along Smith Lane will massively and negatively affect the amenity of the area. Reduce house values and is likely to create major traffic issues as the roads are not built to carry large volumes of traffic in particular HGV traffic.
