If this is indeed the first step in producing a Local Plan, it is unacceptable that a version of the said plan is already in the public domain, including maps of potential development sites gained from old calls for sites made before the High Legh Neighbourhood Plan was completed and "made"

The Local Plan should respect the policies and plans included in a Neighbourhood Plan

The Plan must incorporate the policies and plans of a passed Neighbourhood Plan.
Any changes to Green Belt must be considered in light of assumptions in a passed Neighbourhood Plan

Preparing the Local Plan should refer to the policies included in a Neighbourhood Plan and should not come to conclusions on issues that were wholly considered in the preparation of a Neighbourhood Plan. For example issues such as Green Belt, infrastructure to support proposals, traffic and transport availability, recreation facilities etc.

Cheshire East must have sufficient influence on this to ensure CE's difference with the surrounding Metropolitan areas, one of which (Warrington) may well want to wholly change the character of neighbouring Cheshire East areas

Connectivity for residents within CE is very poor with no road or rail transport serving most villages
