The fields between Mobberley and Knutsford are vital to maintaining the integrity of Mobberley as a village and a self contained community. Following the sale of Pavement Lane Farm many years ago, its fields were auctioned off and are in several ownerships. Allowing one to be developed will act like a pack of cards and the distinction of Mobberley will disappear and should not be allowed to happen
