Local plan scoping consultation

First I would argue that the method for gaining feed back on the local plan site is over complex and likely restricts people commenting.

1 In recent years It appears that developers have had the upper hand over local residents. That has to stop.

2 Danes moss. I oppose any development that impacts on the natural moss and surrounding area. We need to live in conjunction with nature. This includes all areas where the natural environment will take a disproportionate hit I.e. Adlington.

3 Plans need to avoid over concentration of development in towns ( take Congleton absolute disgrace the concentration of block development there). Each town and village should take a proportion of required homes so that development is not centered in one place (Congleton model).

4 Schools, medical provision, lesuire and waste sites need to be expanded to respond to any increase.

5 Plans need to avoid back of the envelope planning ( Take the stupid and dangerous roundabout on Chelford Road)

6 There needs to be an end to the council agreeing to plans and developers if they throw something in. Take the completely ridiculous road junction " improvement" on Moss lane/Congleton road. Now abandoned.
