I wish to comment on the proposed locations for residential development in Mobberley, [Redacted].
I am particularly concerned about the land that is proposed for residential development on the Knutsford side of Mobberley as listed below:
Land between the railway line and Smith Lane, Mobberley

I am concerned because this Land forms a break between Mobberley and Knutsford and enables the village to maintain its separate identity as a village. Any development on this and will mean we are one step closer to Mobberley and Knutsford becoming conjoined as one urban area.
Development of this farmland would cause harm to the village character and local identity. The site forms part of the rural setting that distinguishes the village from surrounding urban areas and contributes to its unique sense of place.
In addition, this land being farmland and green belt, it should not be built on.
