Chelford remains a local community without the resources to accommodate the needs of the suggested houses. You are turning a village into a town, it’s not the right thing to do. There are no local schools with capacity, even wilmslow high can’t accommodate all the kids in Wilmslow. Develop out of green belt, there are plenty of places such as Macc & congleton that are growing. Concentrate in the same areas so you can also upgrade the infrastructure in one place. It’s the most economical approach.
