I object to the potential allocation of Tatton Estate land at Ashley for substantial residential development. My concerns relate to documented historic flooding, particularly on Parcel 6, including flooding of adjacent properties and significant surface-water flows along Ashley Road. I also raise concerns regarding drainage, ecology, badgers, bats, birds and seasonally flooded habitats, the limited capacity of Ashley railway station, the absence of key services such as schools, healthcare and shops, and the constraints of the rural road network. Further concerns include Green Belt impacts, loss of rural character, dark skies, infrastructure capacity, development scale and cumulative future expansion.
