Local plan scoping consultation

I am writing to strongly object to the continued building of new homes on our Green Belt, particularly when there are brownfield sites, disused buildings and properties that could be renovated instead.
What will happen to our farms, countryside and wildlife if this development continues? Our infrastructure is already struggling, with hospitals and other essential services under pressure. We simply are not ready for further large-scale development without the necessary infrastructure being put in place first.
Please protect our Green Belt, farmland and wildlife and prioritise brownfield sites and the renovation of existing buildings.
I strongly urge the Council to reconsider these plans.
