Tatton Estates appear to be greedy and hypocritical.
Their website states...

'every decision we make prioritises the long-term well being of our environment and its inhabitants'
'Our Landscapes
nature and landscape take precedence ensuring a thriving environment'
'Wildlife & Hedgerows
a focus on biodiversity and natural habitats'
'we embrace our role as devoted stewards and guardians of the historic Tatton Estate...and the picturesque villages of Rostherne and Ashley.

How does building houses, commercial properties, changing transport links, ruining farmers' lives sit with the above claims? everything about this proposal is very very wrong. Please, please do not let it happen.
