Following my proposal of a revision of the Green Belt for Cheshire East, if this is not undertaken, then this strategy must be adopted with proposal on what areas are to be allocated to this categorisation and agreed with the local parish communities.
Cheshire East has an obligation to ensure that this policy has teeth as it is not part of the national policy, and without this, it will further the impotency of the council to protect the land, culture and development for its current residents and future ones.
