Mobberley Village scoping

Devaluation surrounding properties, Mobberley is a desirable location for peole to live in and choose to live here because of it's peaceful location, countryside environment and strong community.
Overpopulation doesn’t protect/enhance historic environment & community, we have a great deal of wildlife in the village and surrounding area, over building with housing or industrial developments will harm this conservation area pushing local wildlife away.

TPO oak trees Pavement Lane/Springfield Road - as a resident of the Pavement Lane area this is a great concern, we have ancient trees and hedgerows that could be damaged or even removed as part of the proposals

Existing traffic severely damaged roads, the local roads infrastructure is not fit for purpose as single track lanes border some of the proposed sites, my own lane is extremely poor and would not cope with the increase of traffic that would be created with a higher housing population

Intense air traffic noise not appropriate for higher population

Mobberley residents have to adhere to strict environmental planning laws with home improvement plans often rejected, the same philosophy should be applied here to prevent ruining greenspace for the community that uses and benefits from it
