Proposed future housing development, Ashley village -Inappropriate !

1. Loss of large areas of valuable farmland is unacceptable; our country already relies very heavily, on overseas food imports.

2. The Bollin river catchment already struggles with:
Heavy urban run-off and flash flooding,
Water, noise and light pollution,
Invasive Non-Native plant species ( targeted by The Tatton Estate and others),
Litter, and human incursions.
Despite planning mitigations, further damage to this valuable remaining wildlife artery WILL occur, regardless of promised controls.

3. Greenbelt protection, used for several decades, conserved this valuable green asset, for future generations to appreciate, with good reason.
