I am currently buying a property in Mobberley moving from Bury but now having second thoughts after seeing all the proposed building works happening. The reason why I was moving out of my area was due to houses being built, over populated, crime rates going up & traffic getting worse. I now feel this will be unfortunately happening in Mobberley.
