Mobberley is a small rural village that is already at capacity for it's infrastructure; such as roads, schools, medical care etc. United Utilities have attended many incidents due to failure in the drainage system. Building will create more hard surfaces increasing run off and exacerbating the existing problems. Plans to develop the green belt will severely erode the character of this historic village. It will also have a major impact on the wildlife due to loss of habitat.
