I strongly object to the proposed development in Mobberley. The area is already struggling with inadequate infrastructure and essential services. Local roads regularly experience congestion and are incapable of coping with additional pressure. Residents already face difficulties obtaining GP appointments, while ongoing problems with bin collections demonstrate that basic services are under strain. There are also concerns about pressure on local schools and the loss of valuable Green Belt, which would fundamentally change the character of Mobberley. These issues should be given serious consideration, and the views and experiences of existing residents must be properly reflected in the planning process.
