My very serious concern re the plans for new housing near Ryecroft Lane , Mobberley is that of flooding. Some of the proposed sites have flooded on both sides of the road in recent years and with the forecast of more heavy rain storms in future this can only get worse. Building new houses in this area would require major new drainage to deal with heavy rainfall.
