Ashley is not prepared for any amount of new homes.
Sewerage and Drainage could not cope, Schools and Healthcare none existent and the small quiet rural roads will be destroyed quicker with the vast amount of extra vehicles, it will also bring. The acres and acres of valuable farming land being destroyed, the loss of wildlife, there is also protected Birds in this area, including Bats and Owls. The NPPF that’s in place, to protect our high grade farmland, as a resident, the policies in place are to protect Ashley Village, including our wildlife and the food produced from farming.
