Birtles Rd unsuitable for extra traffic. From Priory Lane cars have to drive on the wrong side of the road due to parked cars near Bartholomew Homes. Visability is limited and potentially dangerous. At Whirley Rd end there is no pavement on either side of the road making it difficult to walk along. Traffic often speeding. Extra housing would exacerbate this situation. Green spaces needed to stop existing settlements merging into large sprawling conurbations losing their identities. It would put a strain on local resources and infrastructure especially macclesfield hospital where I recently had over 14 hours wait in A&E. Additional population will add burden to this and local schools. Please prioritise Brownfield sites over what is left of green spaces and not downgrade Green belt into Grey belt without good reason.
