Overpopulation doesn’t protect/enhance historic environment & community - local clubs already above demand

Existing traffic causing severe damage to roads, with poor road maintainace & constant closures.

Climate change, farmland pollution and noise/light already a problem for local precious wildlife including birds of prey.

GP practices are already over subscribed & named one of worst in Cheshire East

Water & drainage over capacity already & bursting

Council already cannot cope with recycling & do not collect rubbish

Not enough public transport available with few local buses and trains on an hourly basis.

Poor local ammenities: shops/GPs/nurseries/pharmacies/public transport/libraries/care homes.
