I strongly object to the 291 hectare development. This is Green Belt not Grey Belt) and vital , productive farmland, it’s important to maintain the countryside gap between Manchester and Cheshire. Ashley is a small village with narrow lanes and narrow bridges, no bus service and very limited trains( one per hour, potentially due to be one every two hours). The proposed development is unsustainable and would cause traffic and drainage stresses, harm wildlife habitats and destroy farmland at a time when we need it more than ever. This is Green Belt and the site should be rejected entirely.
