I wish to object to the proposed development on Penningtons Lane (SK11), the land is Green belt and provides a safe countryside environment supporting wildlife in Danes Moss. Macclesfield is in-undated with new housing and many remain empty. I have concerns over the traffic the development will bring, there is already a grid lock issue. Also the strain on local services that are already at capacity. The land was recently deemed as peat land (21/4113M). As a homeowner, concerns over de-valuing property, impact on nature, and accessing our garage from the lane (approved planning in 1990).
