I often visit the area proposed for development and it has hugely improved my mental health. The green belt land surrounding Manchester is invaluable for the well being of countless people. This land is also invaluable for the diverse array of animals that live there. In would be a tragedy to lose so many amazing habitats and prime farm land. This development does not contribute to a sustainable future for animals or people. Listen to the local residents and look ahead beyond immediate financial gain for the people investing in this proposed development.
