Roads too narrow leading to accidents congestion

Climate change farmland pollution with noise already a problem for local animals

GP practice already overrun & named one of worst in Cheshire East

Water & drainage over capacity already & bursting

Mayfield & Springfield drives and gardens already flood during winter
Underground stream in field and interference with water table will cause worse flooding to nearby properties
