Representation Summary:

I am a resident of Trafford BC. The proposal put forward by Tatton Estates to develop prime farmland around Ashley is deeply flawed. It would be an unsustainable development, it fails to meet planning guidelines, would permanently remove valuable farmland and destroys Green Belt protection. The proximity to Trafford would place immense burdens on Trafford schools, roads, GPs and other LA services.
