TPO oak trees pavement lane/springfield road. parking is a nightmare i live near said development option 1 drive per house most houses have 3 cars,roads nearby damaged,local council miss recycling on a regular basis,springfield road and mayfield road both flood badly in winter in gardens,united utilities cant cope with sewage and drain issues huge trankers here everyday,.roads are narrow we dont need more houses, we need care of roads and area that we have, the field on pavement lane is a regular area used by walkers and dog walkers,local gp practice cant cope at the moment
