Local plan scoping consultation

I wish to object to the above developement of over 1000 houses in the area of Ashley,Cheshire on the following grounds:-
1.Loss of valuable high quality farmland, badly needed to feed our population and to reduce the importation of foodstuff.
2.The loss of Green Belt in an area which currently provides a buffer between Greater Manchester and the Cheshire country side.
3. The inappropriate location of an estate with inadequate communication to Altrincham/Manchester. (trains once an hour, narrow country lanes,narrow bridges etc).
4. The need to ensure additional local facilities such as:-
Schools
Shops
Doctors, dentists, hospitals.
These above needs are currently stretched to the limit at present and must be
seriously considered, otherwise the developement could be a disaster to the existing local communities.
