I strongly appose the change of planning permission to build houses on land adjacent to Pavement Lane/Ryecroft Lane for the following reasons.
1 Increased traffic conjestion in the area.
2 Will create urban sprawl joining Mobberley to Knutsford along Mobberley Road.
3. Currently no street lighting in the adjoining roads keeping the rural aspect of the village with its dark sky.
4. Given that Manchester Airport plan to increase flight numbers the combination of extra traffic and flights will significantly change the peaceful nature of the village.
5. Infrastructure-more Schools, GPs, Dentists and shops would be needed.
