I request that the Land off Ryecroft Lane CFS 26 373 be kept as Green Belt retaining the character of the village. Providing a recreational area for walkers,dog walkers, agricultural and ecological purposes. The bordering historic oak trees are needed for our very existence. Providing shelter for bat,bird colonies and wildlife. Development poses risks of localised flooding to adjacent roads,already under pressure, causing possible future costs to the Council. Likewise increased traffic on small lanes. Extra utility use and sewage may cause environmental and hygiene issues. There are insufficient local amenities and infrastructure to support development.
