My initial question is "why" Why is it necessary to build new homes in such lovely rural areas when the 2021 census states 9000 empty homes in Cheshire East! Surely this should be addressed first before destroying Green Belt.

The current water & drains system cannot cope with the current requirement of the village of Mobberley, constant leaks and water outages will only increase with more houses.

The roads in Mobberley are currently a patchwork of potholes and temporarily patched potholes. This current infrastructure will only worsen with additional traffic.

The village of Mobberley is currently plagued with uncollected bins. On every road / street there are uncollected bins roughly 30% of the time.

CEC need to get their house in order before adding to the mismanagement of their responsibilities.

The land CFS388 and CFS284 adjacent to Springfield Road and Mayfield Road in Mobberley identified within the plan, will be a severe flood risk as the properties already built become waterlogged in the winter months and this will only be exacerbated with more building
