I am in full agreement with the Chelford Parish Councils stance on rejecting the proposed Local Plan and make the following additional points;

The Plan will create 4 separate quarters, divided by the busy A537 and Rail Line.
ie: separate 'dormitory' areas with limited access between them and issues of health, social & cultural well-being are foreseen with this proposal.

No economic benefits in terms of employment or innovation to the immediate area will be delivered, with these areas centered elsewhere in Cheshire East & Greater Manchester and adequately supported by the proposed local plans in and near those areas.
