Re Mobberley housing plans
I’m writing to object to the proposed housing development on pavement lane.
The village is already bursting to capacity and cannot accommodate more new homes. The NHS Drs and dentists are full, there is already insufficient parking, the drainage/sewage can hardly cope with the current demand and the village roads are in serious disrepair and cannot handle more traffic.
The site in particular on pavement cannot handle new houses as the access road is small single track lane, already in a poor state and more traffic on this would cause serious danger to walkers and drivers.
