Local plan scoping consultation

We would like to strongly oppose the recent planning
Proposals for Ashley Green on the following grounds:
1. The proposals are incompatible with spacial
Settlement hierarchy and national planning rules.
2. Could generate severe traffic problems in rural
Areas where roads are narrow and safety would
Become an issue.
3. It infringes Green Belt openness and could affect
Merging of towns & villages.
4. It could mean the permanent loss of best and most
Versatile agricultural land.
5. There is no detail as to how any infrastructure would
Be created to cope with extra housing etc.
