We are a small village that is already over capacity. The proposed site does not have the facilities to accommodate another major housing development (as per the rejection of the last planning development on the Ilford Site). For example the roads are damaged, the water/sewage & drainage is insufficient for the village needs, the doctors is over subscribed, insufficient parking in the village leading to dangerous parking. Pavement Lane is a small SINGLE track village lane and cannot handle traffic from a new housing development and this will ultimately spoil the character of the village.
