Dear Sir,

I formally object to the 291,03 hectare Ashley submission (12 sites) in the Cheshire East SHELAA. These sites must be classified as unsuitable and undeliverable.
- Green Belt Breach: As washover Greenbelt preventing sprawl between Greater Manchester and Cheshire, it fails national Grey belt release criteria
- BMV Agricultural Loss: *UNREADABLE* destroys Grade Zoned Ba Best and Most versatile farmland protected for food security.
- Hierarchy and Infrastructure: Unsustainable rural location lacking transport, utilities, surface water drainage and basic services.
- Heritage and Safety Harm: Conflicts with aviation zone, exacerbates River Bollin flood risks and damages ancient woodlands and 19 listed buildings.
