I don’t think the new local plan serves the existing community.
My concerns are:
Sandbach has been overdeveloped over the last 20 yrs.
if adopted green spaces for nature and recreation ie. Walking , mental health etc will become a car journey away for many.
Local amenities are not keeping pace with development.
Too much prime agricultural land is being developed.
Wildlife needs green corridors exist let alone re establish.
