The proposed planning, ref CFS26 373 behind Pavement Lane and Springfield Road in Mobberley concerns me greatly.
Other developments have been refused due to the lack of village infrastructure, including transport, road safety and local education, not to mention excessive noise from Manchester Airport.
This would additionally impact on the ever shrinking green belt between Knutsford and Mobberley, and cause irreparable damage to local wildlife, not to mention the wellbeing of local residents who rely on these green spaces.
Please look to brown-field development first before impacting our village.
