I have great concerns as a proposed development of the land in Mobberley , particularly the land behind Springfield and Mayfield Road and what is considered a green belt area.
Marea is a small community with local school narrow road in Greenbelt land any entries would have a massive effect on the local area put in a strain on the congested school Doctors Dentist and other others
the wow and agriculture importance in the cell is Paramount and would be seriously affected on an ecologically and economic environmental front. Julia are there are better areas suited to such development meeting criteria of the government. You strongly oppose this development on the grounds of the increase in traffic parking opportunities and the danger to local residence with the increase in population with cars vehicles, Drainage and water supply
This application goes against the principles of an agreement aid where the urban spread is reduced to avoid the merging of one time with another
This is just an opportunity for land owners to cash in WithDevelopers.
I should be consideration given massive changes to Greenbelt policy and And the unnecessary need to increase housing in such areas which should be maintained as Green belt,
